Responsibilities

Required

Proven experience in product management, with a focus on designing, developing, deploying, and managing data products within a retail environment.
Backlog Prioritization: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable and feasible features are implemented first.
Requirements Gathering: Define clear and detailed requirements for each backlog item, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and user needs.
Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Monday, or similar platforms to manage sprints, track progress, and maintain transparency.
Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and the ability to apply them effectively to manage product development cycles.
Sprint Planning: Facilitate sprint planning sessions, ensuring clear goals, task assignments, and achievable timelines for the platform development teams
BA or BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
6 years of professional experience in product management, data analytics, or a related field, with a strong focus on data product development.
Deep understanding of leveraging data insights for strategic decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence business strategy and foster collaboration across teams.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex project landscapes, from understanding business needs to technical implementation.
Experience with developing strategies and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
Experience in gathering and transforming business needs into product requirements and developing an actionable product roadmap.
Desire to make processes and technologies better with a strong focus on delivery and execution.
Ability to successfully manage through ambiguity and organizational change.
Strong understanding of strategic planning and a creative problem-solving nature.
