Responsibilities

Collaborate with Area Product Owners and Software Engineers to identify, codify, and maintain test cases integrated into automated and manual testing suites

Review and analyze results of test suites and procedures to certify whether software quality meets release requirements

Partner with Area Product Owners to construct change management plans for feature releases large and small

Evaluate severity and priority of defect issues submitted through Esri Support Services for resolution by development teams

Manage Scrum performance monitoring procedures to facilitate productive software development and collaboration across the Scrum team
