Responsibilities
Prepare and negotiate contracts while providing legal advice on software licensing, data security, privacy, and regulatory matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial contracts and information technology law issues.
Advise colleagues on legal matters related to commercial contracts, product development, and compliance.

Required
Experience drafting information and technology services agreements, software license agreements, and general commercial contracts.
Ability to review and evaluate multi-faceted issues and counsel business colleagues on complex legal questions relating to various business matters.
A college degree and a Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
