Responsibilities
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification and maintains editorial calendar
Manage company social accounts
Generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage
Monitor company online communities and presence, as well as for posts and responds when applicable
Identify opportunities to enhance social media interaction with customers, clients, and influencers
Stay current on latest social media tools and trends
Moderate all user-generated content in line with moderation policy for each community
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices
Other related duties assigned as needed

Required
Proven work experience in social media field, with five or more years of social media experience and knowledge of social analytics tools
Must be skilled in current and emerging media content, community development, etc.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Preferred
Knowledgeable of payments industry or financial technology space desired
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
