Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales operations strategies, policies, and best practices to support the sales goals and objectives of the organization.
Manage and optimize the use of Salesforce application as the CRM platform, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Design and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and metrics that provide insights and visibility into sales performance, trends, and KPIs.
Lead and coordinate the sales forecasting and planning process, ensuring alignment and collaboration across sales teams and other departments.
Analyze and evaluate sales data, processes, and system configurations, and identify areas of improvement and innovation.
Provide sales operations support and guidance to sales managers and contracting managers, including training, coaching, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
Manage and oversee the sales operations team, including hiring, training, performance management, and development.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with sales leadership and other stakeholders, such as analytics, provider relations, and customer success.
Assist with data quality reviews and updates in Salesforce, including list imports and bulk data loads.
Assist in the creation of weekly and monthly reports by running sales and pipeline reports in Salesforce, compiling and updating status documents and gathering inputs from across the Sales Team.
Assist with meeting coordination and documentation for key meetings which includes organizing meeting details, sending invitations, compiling agendas, presentations, and hosting meetings. Document meeting outcomes, deliverables and task owners and compile follow-up status by contacting task owners for updates.
Set up and manage electronic filing systems using SharePoint and Salesforce; recording information, updating documentation, taking notes and updating project plans.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. Creates proper urgency when needed.
Independently completes special projects and assignments as assigned by the Sales Leadership Team.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in sales operations, CRM, and related technologies.
Willingness to dive in and learn about health plans, provider contracting and medical provider networks.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
5+ years of relevant work experience
Salesforce Expertise
Excel Expertise
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and sales operations, managing and leading sales operations team
Expertise in Salesforce, and other sales enablement and analytics tools
Strong technical and computer skills and high proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite
Naturally curious and lifelong learner
Self-starter and driven
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively and efficiently
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred
7+ years of relevant work experience in sales and/or sales operations
Health Insurance/Health Plan, PPO Network, Provider Contracting experience
SQL experience
