Responsibilities

Primarily involved with assisting staff with field tasks supporting geotechnical projects

Responsibilities include clearly documenting site observations for both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical field work performed

Other duties may include assisting with or performing various tasks with limited supervision such as performing boring and test pit layouts, preparing drilling packages, obtaining utility clearances, researching local geologic history, assisting with supervision of field work, performing in-situ testing, classifying soils, and keeping project staff informed of changing site conditions and/or additional testing requested on project sites
