Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently manage the replacement, installation, removal, and low-priority maintenance of Drinkbot equipment at customer restaurants locations, ensuring adherence to Company standards and customer satisfaction.

Provide comprehensive training to restaurant operators on the proper use, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of Drinkbot equipment.

Address minor technical issues with Drinkbot equipment that may not be functioning correctly at the time of delivery. If a resolution is not immediate, initiate a service call.

Stay updated with the latest Drinkbot equipment advancements and best practices in the field. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.

Operate handheld devices effectively to maintain accurate records of delivery, removal, equipment movement, and parts inventory accountability.

Provide timely feedback and reports to the Field Service Manager regarding common issues, potential improvements, and customer feedback.

Required

Previous experience with beverage equipment, is beneficial.

Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Willingness to travel sometimes on short notice.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Possess a reliable car and driver's license.
