Responsibilities
Define the functional architecture of an operations center that supports satellite broadband services. Includes defining capabilities, use cases, integrated operations workflows, and deconstructing higher level guidance into architectural features
Manage system requirements baseline. Includes developing capability specifications, coordinating technical details with developers, and producing model-based requirements documentation
Planning and executing system validation testing

Required
Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
Must have at least 8+ years of relevant experience
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must have an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligible
Hands-on experience leading systems through the systems engineering lifecycle to include requirements engineering, system integration, and system validation testing
Familiar with systems engineering for spacecraft, ground processing, and data transport networks
Experience using Agile methodologies and tooling for project management
Experience with Configuration Management of a program technical baseline
Preferred
Familiar with system architectures that leverage AWS infrastructure and services
Experience integrating service desk platforms with business systems
Experience with commercial Business to Government (B2G) SATCOM services
Proficient in Model-Based Systems Engineering using the SysML design language
