Responsibilities

Responsible for executing requests to provision access to systems/software and management of group memberships within Treasury Service

Coordinate activities with MPLS HRI, Fiscal Service ISSR Team, Law Enforcement, Identity & Access Management to ensure compliance with provisioning access and group memberships

Act as a Treasury Personnel Security Coordinator to ensure compliance with Treasury Personnel Security Requirements

Develop and revise procedures, define processes, and deliver training to users and staff

Analyze business functions and operational process improvements

Learn and support department automation and technology systems

Provide intermediate analytic support to Department liaisons for resolving complex operational and business issues

Participate in projects and perform analytical tasks in support of Department initiatives

Assist in preparing communications, proposals, reports, and presentations for management

Test, train, and complete implementations including coordinating activities and preparing necessary communications

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of higher education and/or experience

3 years of direct work-related experience or equivalent combination of related higher education and experience (Must have 5 years of experience for the level III)

General knowledge on Systems, CRM applications, Controls frameworks, and ability to understand and analyze data/process flows

Onboarding and Offboarding experience

Detail Oriented

Experience in creating and developing dashboards

Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident alien with at least three years of legal residency
