Responsibilities
Working in a Functional Analyst capacity for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 - HR and Payroll modules
Consulting with business stakeholders across HR and Payroll to help advise and scope out integration of acquired organizations
Assisting in business case development and cost/benefit analysis
Reviewing business processes and recommending improvements
Creating business requirements documents, use cases, and proposals for system enhancements
Working with the development team to implement system enhancements
Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) in a production setting
Creating user-guide and procedural documentation for the Peoplesoft platform

Required
Bachelor Degree (4-year College Degree)
Minimum 5-7 years of professional work experience
Minimum 3 years with PeopleSoft HCM version 9 or higher - Payroll & HR Modules
Willing to work EST hours
Preferred
Experience with PeopleTools 8.6
Prior healthcare experience
