Responsibilities

Create and maintain product and marketing content (US/CA), ensuring a seamless experience across channels.

Develop and deploy content across e-commerce sites via Page Designer to customers.

Monitor content for quality and optimization opportunities to improve e-commerce performance and core KPIs.

Communicate status updates with internal team, technology partners, and agency vendors using tools like JIRA and Slack.

Collaborate closely with internal and external creative teams to ensure delivery of high-quality and web-optimized assets (copy, imagery).

Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, merchandising, digital content/design or equivalent field

3-5 years of experience with web/ecommerce operations and content management systems. Preferably in Salesforce commerce, page designer, and marketing platforms.

Knowledge of HTML development is ideal

Experience working with Atlassian products including JIRA workflows, and Confluence documentation
