Responsibilities

Apply expert systems analysis and design techniques to complex enterprise systems.
Write complex SQL queries for retrieval of required data from multi-database environment.
Support CRM Solutions in the Healthcare Payor domain.
Test AI solutions, including Conversational AI, and actions with the agent chat box.
Conduct Salesforce testing and API testing, with a focus on retrieving data.
Utilize BDD/Selenium and other automation tools for testing.
Work closely with the business, demonstrating strong writing and oral communication skills.
Follow Agile methodologies and have a good understanding of API testing.

Required

Write complex SQL queries for retrieval of required from multi-database environment. (Strong knowledge of Oracle database required)
Apply expert systems analysis and design techniques to complex enterprise systems
Looking for a Senior person with technical background with technical degree
Salesforce experience is MUST
Strong SQL experience is MUST
Experience in API testing and IVR/Conversational API testing would be a plus
Experience with BDD/ Selenium and any automation tools Preferable
Experience with JIRA
Should have good understanding of Agile methodologies
Strong Background in API testing as they will be retrieving the data
Strong writing and oral communications skill as they will be working closely with the business

Preferred

Background with Healthcare Payor experience is preferred as they will be supporting one of the product (CRM Solutions)
Moving to Conversational AI and provide AI solutions, and will be Testing the action with the agent chat box
Any other cloud technology is preferable (AWS, Azure will be a Plus)
Healthcare background is preferred
Good to have Relational database experience

Conversational AI/ IVR
