Responsibilities
Deliver SAFe Training: Conduct engaging and informative SAFe training sessions virtually, ensuring participants gain a thorough understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
Course Preparation: Prepare and customize training materials to meet the specific needs of the participants and the organization.
Facilitation: Facilitate interactive and collaborative training sessions, promoting active participation and knowledge retention.
Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and address any questions or concerns that arise during the training.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAFe and Agile methodologies and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

Required
Must be a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent SAFe certification.
Proven experience delivering SAFe training and implementing SAFe in various organizational settings.
In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proficient in using virtual training tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
Ability to work on an as-needed basis and adapt to varying schedules and time zones.
Preferred
Additional Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP-ACP) are a plus.
Experience in diverse industries and organizational cultures.
Background in Agile consulting and coaching.
