Represent the agency in internal meetings across Prosek, embodying our values and vision.
Mentor junior strategists, fostering their growth and amplifying their potential.
Contribute to thought leadership, setting best practices that inspire the strategy team.
Seamlessly integrate across branding, advertising, PR, digital, and more to craft groundbreaking creative that delivers undeniable value.

Required
4-7 years of dynamic experience in brand, strategy or marketing.
Research and strategy experience, preferably within an agency environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
Proven track record in shaping a modern, transformative agency that delivers exceptional client results.
Mastery in conducting, analyzing, and transforming research into actionable insights and compelling ideas for client presentations and proposals.
Deep understanding of client brand categories and landscapes, delivering innovative ideas that resonate powerfully.
Exceptional presentation skills with the confidence to captivate diverse audiences.
Proven leadership in both staff and client-facing roles, with a knack for leading by example.
Unyielding motivational skills in high-pressure environments.
Approachable, adaptable, and a natural at forging valued relationships with staff.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, thriving in high-stakes situations.
Ability to meet tight deadlines with a keen eye for seizing opportunities.
Experience working integratively across disciplines—branding, advertising, PR, digital—to create groundbreaking creative that drives unmatched value.
Preferred
Experience in regulated financial and professional services is a plus.
