Responsibilities
This position will focus on Virtual Directory Engineering and is expected to architect and design solutions across Active Directory, LDAP, and Virtual Directory.
Respond to Priority 1 incidents and drive resolution.
Collaborate with teams to integrate additional applications into the existing AD/LDAP infrastructure.
Partner with application owners to securely integrate AD and LDAP-enabled applications, providing increased security and user management.
Provide engineering leadership and oversight on architecture design and development of IT solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture and project requirements.
Collaborate with IT leadership on engineering and support issues to develop strategies related to endpoint management.
Resolve issues, drive projects, and may manage other infrastructure engineers or vendors on a project basis.
Own the design and implementation of existing or new technologies.
Provide technical guidance to support staff and make complex modifications to existing software.
Maintain program libraries and technical documentation.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline preferred, and at least 8 years of experience in all aspects of computer operations or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
8 or more years of experience in 24/7 global multi-site environments with over 10,000 users, including experience in the architecture, design, and implementation of new and existing identity solutions.
Thorough understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, and related technologies.
Demonstrated knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Well Versed in Group Policy administration
Competent regarding core infrastructure technologies such as DNS.
Preferred
Expertise in related areas such as virtualization, server and desktop operating systems, networking and other related areas are a plus.
