Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile process (Scrum and/or Kanban) with companywide impact specific to delivering on the backlog of the Cloud Security team, in support of digital transformation.

Guide delivery teams to follow Agile Scrum and/or Kanban practices to manage and groom backlog, prioritize business demands, support team readiness, and commitment to delivery for each Sprint or Release.

Optimize Scrum/Kanban team velocity to identify improvement opportunities for higher team performance levels.

Deliver capabilities using Agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, corporate and Cybersecurity policy, and various release processes.

Facilitate Agile Scrum and/or Kanban ceremonies for the teams assigned to support.

Required

4+ years of Agile Scrum Master or Kanban Lead experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

2+ years of experience working with Cyber/Information Security or Risk Management focused teams and/or projects

2+ years’ experience with Jira and Confluence – Jira proficiency must be intermediate to advanced level

Understanding and strong working knowledge/experience with JQL (Jira Query Language) and experience working with Confluence

Coaching mindset to guide teams effectively with strong due diligence, engineering/process discipline and focus on continuous improvement

Experience with SDLC and change management practices in medium to large enterprise environments

Preferred

PMP certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent

Experience with Cloud Security

Understanding of cloud services, workloads and cloud security/hardening practices

Knowledge and understanding of DevSecOps and deployment automation to cloud environments

Knowledge and understanding of cloud security and/or related risk frameworks, e.g.: CIS, NIST, COBIT, Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), FedRAMP, etc.

Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Certifications

Security certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), or equivalent
