Responsibilities

Support the President's productivity through effective time management, anticipating challenges, and solving problems.

Manage calendar and email with precision, coordinate meetings and events, and improve communication flows.

Oversee and optimize the President's task management system, execute tasks promptly, and lead special projects.

Required

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (or related role) in a fast-paced business environment

Demonstrated expertise in task management systems and productivity tools (Trello, Todoist, MS To Do, etc)

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Proactive mindset with a talent for anticipating needs

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Adaptable and quick learner, eager to understand the business and industry

Respond to emails within 12 hours (24 hours maximum)

Schedule or adjust appointments within 12 hours (24 hours maximum)

Consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively

Receive positive feedback from the President and team members on communication and task management
