Responsibilities
Track public leads using on-line subscription services, prepare Go/No Go summaries for project leads, and develop and coordinate outreach plans for Project Managers to connect with potential clients
Create and deliver best-in-class qualifications packages
Write, edit and update the firm’s boilerplate materials (including project descriptions, digital image library, and brochures)
Provide support in content creation, design, and coordination for marketing interviews and presentations (using PowerPoint and graphics software)
Assist in the development (design and writing) of various marketing materials as needed: brochures, award submissions, email blasts, and general presentations, among others
Support the firm’s business development activities
Enter and update project data within the marketing database (Deltek Vantagepoint [DVP])
Coordinate marketing special events

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
At least 2 years in a relevant position, ideally with an architectural, engineering, or general contractor firm
Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures
Solid analytical skills for developing audience-focused materials
Expertise in creating qualifications packages from start to finish.
Strong skills in writing and graphic layout/design
Proven ability to understand and translate technical information
Talent for juggling multiple deadlines and working closely with others
Knowledge of green buildings issues is highly beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign
Experience with database and CRM systems, Deltek preferred
Location: This is a hybrid position located in San Francisco, California
