Responsibilities
Manage digital advertising purchases, add new accounts, and confirm budgets.
Develop marketing materials for various platforms.
Analyze market data and identify key performance indicators.
Support retailers, ad agencies, and Sales teams.
Facilitate day-to-day marketing support for various teams.
Manage product sales tools and marketing campaigns.
Participate in product strategy development and new product introductions.
Develop and maintain channel-specific event calendar.
Manage major customer events and sales meetings.
Build and maintain brand event standards and guidelines.
Identify target accounts and develop sales plans.
Manage cross-functional projects and processes.
Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
Influence policies, practices, and procedures.
Contribute to departmental strategy and goal development.
Creatively support key business objectives.
Investigate alternative approaches, technologies, or partnerships.
Collaborate with functional or cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
Perform critical thinking, information gathering, and application of business knowledge.
Perform other duties as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good understanding of current and trending digital technologies.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Spark, and Premiere.
