Responsibilities
Build and qualify a new pipeline of promising brand direct clients.
Drive meetings with prospects through effective outbound campaigns.
Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Position Kantar Profiles as an indispensable brand partner through strategic account planning.
Leverage Profiles solutions to identify the best offerings for clients and Kantar.
Build and maintain client relationships to ensure renewals and new opportunities.
Own the sales cycle from first inquiry to close to final delivery.
Maintain accurate tracking of sales pipeline using CRM interface.
Build collaborative relationships with Kantar peers and client support teams.

Required
Experience in winning new business and growing existing client accounts.
A willingness and skill to drive outbound communications to book meetings.
Working knowledge of the Sample Market Research industry, or similar industry.
Ability to build and maintain strong and collaborative client partnerships.
Experience in delivering multiple projects concurrently, excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
High levels of logical thinking & problem-solving skills with the ability to work innovatively to deliver both short-term and long-term goals.
Strong commercial awareness and desire to help the business deliver on its financial objectives.
A passion for Sample Panel research, excellent communication skills and experience of working in fast-paced and evolving environments.
Ideas and experience to help shape Profiles’ continued growth.
