Responsibilities

Work directly with the business users and financial analysts

Interview customers to analyze, clarify, and document business processes and customer requirements.

Define and assist in resolving business/technical related challenges.

Facilitate meetings with business and technical team members to drive towards project completion.

Plan and execute the management and maintenance of projects.

Support projects as they move from initiation to implementation and conduct project reviews with impacted staff.

Develop user acceptance test cases based on the requirements defined.

Prepare instructional documentation and update user documentation to reflect new modifications.

Assist in establishing project scope.

Define and maintain business analyst role-based policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus.

5+ years’ experience in a MIS consumer or business analysis role

3-5 years project coordinator experience preferred.

Strong prioritization and interpersonal skills to balance multiple demands.

Inquisitive, curious, highly self-motivated to learn new business concepts.

Solid balance of technical and business-related knowledge
