Responsibilities

Books travel

Books meeting rooms in JC

Expense reports (CFO and some of his direct reports)

Coordinates Finance monthly birthday meetings/orders treats

Schedules Corporate Finance monthly staff meetings

Schedules Corporate Finance weekly coffee break

Helps coordinate meetings

Orders flowers as necessary, coordinates cards for departing employees

IT and Facilities liaison system access, facilities access, new employee coordination

Coordinates Finance Lunch & Learns works with other staff to gather topics, reach out to potential speakers, and ultimately schedule out the full year, one per month.

Gets signatures for statements/tax returns

Does mailings (return receipt, FedEx, etc.)

Notarizes documents

Future possibilities, in addition to the above: Close calendar coordination, Board slides, NA & WW MD&A prep, Statutory audited financial statements prep, changes, Other presentations
