Responsibilities

Implement entire project cycle of large, complex projects, including design, development, material procurement, construction, and project completion.

Work with entry level engineers to help develop process solutions, code compliance, engineering standards, proper company and safety standards and good engineering practices.

Work with both the operations and engineering teams as a technical lead providing troubleshooting guidelines, engineering support and field engineering support on complex problems including cross-discipline issues working with multiple components of personnel.

Engage in the PSM process/activities working with the local PSM personnel. Help maintain PSI, develop MOCs, conduct PSSRS, participate in PHA/LOPAs, etc.

Maintain process simulations and utilize the simulation files for troubleshooting, project development, training and developing cost estimates.

Work with the engineering and business development groups to assist in the development of projects and estimates.

Review design of facilities and equipment from a process standpoint and provide specifications for equipment and instrumentation.

Analyze data, and perform engineering calculations and analysis.
