Responsibilities
Lead cross functional and technical teams to drive new build projects from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment
Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers and senior management on a daily basis
Lead the deployment, launch, and continuous improvement of new data center builds and expansions
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high quality, cost effective solutions and deliver results on time
Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors
Lead continuous improvement processes to improve physical security programs
Implement and fully document improvements and modifications related to new technologies

Required
5+ years of experience in technical security leadership roles; technical program management, or Cloud Infrastructure and experience working with the large-scale global deployments of hardware/software
5+ years proficient using business/technical software, and experience working with designs of complex systems, software and hardware, specifically in the Physical Security space
Has an engineering background (e.g., CS, CE, EE, ME, CivE, degree or equivalent experience)
Ability to travel 50% to support deployment and implementation globally
Preferred
Experience in building and scaling security solutions in highly technical infrastructure like data centers
Advanced degree in a technology related field
Capital project management skills
Experience in practicing / implementing continuous improvement methodology – LEAN, Six Sigma, ITIL, CMMI
