Responsibilities
Enter and maintain customer and parts information in the ERP system.
Process customer assembly orders following established procedures.
Gather details from customers regarding product or service complaints.
Manage customer files for record-keeping and regular interaction.
Provide forecast information to Sales/Operations for future orders.
Monitor actual orders against contracts and report to Sales/Operations.
Develop departmental procedures and suggest improvements for customer service.

Required
An associate's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable.
Minimum of 3 years Program Management experience working in PCBA, electronics manufacturing, or a related field.
Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
Must have conflict resolution, problem-solving, motivational skills, and teamwork.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred
Contract Manufacturing experience is preferred.
