Responsibilities

Creates and updates project timelines

Generates estimates and tracks project and campaign budgets

Schedules internal reviews and meetings

Provides consolidated recap and action items via email with a clear indication of owners and deadlines

Ensures internal systems are set up before kick-off (Kantata, Vault, Google Team Drive)

Routes deliverables for internal review

Updates project communications, including status reports, client feedback, and internal check-ins

Ensures all projects are properly resourced

Completes weekly and monthly financial reporting on project profitability, revenue phasing, and resource allocation

Organizes and oversees the QA process for all projects

Manages vendor communications and budgets

Required

3-6 years of marketing/advertising project management experience

Proven track record of managing financials, timelines, and resources so all projects are delivered on time and within budget

Experience with PM software like Smartsheet, Monday.com, Kantata/Mavenlink, JIRA, etc.

Detail-oriented and extremely organized

Ability to work and collaborate with counterparts (creative, developers, strategists) to ensure the team has what is needed to deliver accurate and quality work to our clients

Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with pharmaceutical clients preferred

Experience working on integrated campaigns and many different project types – print/direct mail, websites, email campaigns, media asset development, video/photoshoot production, brand launches, etc.
