Responsibilities

Managing Rail Unplanned Cost Inputs in the system of record and processing receiving inputs.

Managing and overseeing usage for Storage, Transit Yards, and supporting Port operations.

Capturing, tracking, and validating outbound logistics costs for LSPs.

Monitoring usage at all transit yards.

Updating the system of record with Project Planned Costs.

Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to establish best practices for cost tracking.

Reviewing and approving Transit Yard OT requests.

Problem-solving when LSP invoices do not match usage.

Creating and maintaining documented work instructions for tracking costs.

Required

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Management, or Supply Chain Management

4+ years of experience working in Finance or Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Ability to connect and communicate across all levels of internal colleagues/stakeholders

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and moderate proficiency in all other MS Office programs

Fluent and proficient in both spoken and written English

2+ years of experience in data, operational, and financial analysis

Capability to learn new software quickly and integrate knowledge into solutions

Ability to multitask in a demanding work environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, both proactive and reactive

Strong analytical skills

Good oral and written communication skills
