Responsibilities

Achieving sales goals and establishing productive relationships with Cavender's Buying and Planning Departments.
Working effectively with internal cross-functional partners to drive strong business results for the Ariat and Cavender's brand.
Tracking and analyzing retail sales metrics such as gross margins, inventory turns, and sell-thru rates.
Developing and executing assortment and marketing plans at the door level.
Managing model stock planning, identifying sales trends, and enhancing retail floor space.
Uncovering growth opportunities and minimizing risks to the business.
Other duties as assigned.

Required

Three to Five years of previous Sales, Buying, or Planning experience. Knowledge of Apparel or the Western Industry is a plus
Superior communication skills; able to communicate persuasively, influentially, and responsibly across a broad spectrum of stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Possess strong presentation skills that are relatable to the respective audience
Proven track record of Orderbook management ability and customer service partnership success
Proven capability to improve business processes to increase efficiencies, internally and externally
Ability to use strategic thinking and long-range planning
Required functional competency in data interpretation and action steps
Proven focus on supporting company goals as well as customer goals
Exceptional Microsoft Suite ability with advanced Excel skills
Travel is required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Preferred

Knowledge of Apparel or the Western Industry
Experience in the equestrian performance industry
