Responsibilities
Foster and build client relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction; Deliver favorable CLEAResult Client Satisfaction Scores
Deliver best-in-class client service.
Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams, and Program Directors to identify and grow opportunities within various territories.
Responsible for accurately forecasting and delivering on projected client revenue in relation to agency labor hours and direct costs.
Increase revenue and profitability through account growth, contract renewals, and/or streamlined labor hour allocations.
Foster client relationships and develop data-driven marketing strategy for a variety of clients and projects.
Provide the day-to-day marketing planning, development, and execution for a suite of clients.
Manage project code set up and project resource allocation.
Assist in meeting agency KPI’s and revenue goals.

8-10+ years relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications preferred
