Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of services provided by Unisys to specific accounts.
Plan, implement, and execute contracted services meeting SLAs, cost, governance, performance, quality, and innovation requirements.
Establish and maintain control of a skilled team of delivery resources, manage risks, scope of work, and budget.
Participate in contract and account governance, maintain clear communication channels with clients and internally.
Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance standards to optimize delivery costs.
Monitor and report on the financial health of accounts, take ownership of client issues, and provide operational risk management strategies.
Participate in governance audits, business continuity planning, and client satisfaction improvement programs.
Deliver regular reports on performance to clients and Unisys senior executives, identify areas for client growth, and drive service line continuous improvements.

Required

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related professional experience, 3+ years managing specific area.
Requires knowledge of the business, industry, and market, as well as sales strategies, account/program management, service delivery, and financial analysis.
A sound understanding of the major Unisys service offerings and an appreciation of evolving technologies and industry trends. Experience and understanding of the support of an IT outsourced environment, including service desk, field services, network operations, applications, infrastructure and data center environments.
A proven track record in effective communications, managing service delivery and relationship management skills.
Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
A minimum of 25% travel (one week per month) to Connecticut is required.
Essential qualifications in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines.
