Responsibilities
Primarily provide all aspects of financial support to the North America Consumer business group
Proactively participate and provide leadership in consumer’s close, forecasting, reporting, and annual budget processes
Proactively study financial and business data, identify trends and issues, and provide in-depth analysis to assist senior management in understanding business performance on a timely basis
Promptly respond to senior management’s inquiries on financial analysis or ad hoc requests
Assists both external and internal auditors to ensure successful completion of all audits and reviews timely.
Proactively seek ways to improve existing reporting/forecasting/budgeting processes

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or related field
10+ years’ experience performing variance analysis and reporting.
Preferred
Strong Excel & Financial Model Skills
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail
Experience using SAP General Ledger and Hyperion
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Certified Public Accountant
