Responsibilities
Be the master of organization: Manage case files efficiently and accurately, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
Tech-savvy and ready to learn: Utilize case management software to track case details, legal research, and case preparation.
Client champion: Handle complaint resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Multi-tasking pro: Perform various billing functions, prepare legal briefings, and manage calendars to schedule appointments.
Data whiz: Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting, with proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.

Required
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant or related role (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred
Familiarity with legal terminology a plus.
