Responsibilities
Working with customers to identify standard file formats compatible with the software upload functionality
Developing recommendations for logical rule creation to transform customer data into a usable state
Training customers on data upload best practices and functionality
Managing error handling support for customers during onboarding and future uploads
Assessing needs across customers and suggesting enhancements of tools to the Integration/Product team
Translating the connection between data elements that customers provide and how the software uses them to better advise customers

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Information and Analysis, Information Technology or Business with technical expertise
2-4 years of experience helping customers solve technical software problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Excel, CSV, and EDI formats to organize data
Experience solving data problems with conditional logic-based rules and cross-reference tables
1-3 years working with relational databases and SQL
Ability to maintain professionalism under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
