Responsibilities

Lead the technical architecture strategy for Martech, influencing the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions.
Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps, focusing on optimizing technical performance and minimizing operational disruption.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish best practices and standards, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and provide reference architectures to guide implementation decisions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and lead initiatives to integrate them into our ecosystem.
Mentor junior architects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

Required

Over 15 years of experience in software development, with at least 8 years in Solution Design & Architecture roles.
Proven expertise in Omni Channel Platforms, Content Management Systems, and/or Decisioning frameworks.
Strong background in enterprise applications, web components, APIs, microservices, and Cloud technologies.
Experience with regulatory compliance standards such as PCI, PII, and PHI.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience in healthcare or E-commerce industries.
Familiarity with modern languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
