Responsibilities
Directly plan and execute engagement strategies for alumni including, but not limited to, social events, Alumni Board events, and survey completion
Manage execution for other programmatic priorities including ICM and CM events
Support the MD, Matriculation and MD, Partnerships with execution of matriculation and certification/placement strategy
Establish and execute regional communications and media strategies including, but not limited to staff, corps, alumni, and other partner blasts, social media posts and one-off communications
Work with agility to execute on multiple, simultaneous projects as they arise in support of our regional priorities
In partnership with the ED, manage the ED’s time, schedule, and calendar in order to achieve strategic priorities throughout the year
Draft communications on behalf of the ED for key external partners and audiences
Manage all expense reports and travel logistics for the ED
Work in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure that the ED’s time is reflective of his development and corps member strategy and priorities, internal needs as a regional team, and external strategy and priorities
Support preparations for internal or external facing meetings as needed
Oversee internal systems, including finance, compliance, and office administration
Be the primary relationship holder for our region and national colleagues in the areas of finance and compliance
Create systems and structures that keep our office operating at high-efficiency
Ensure that our team has the resources needed to thrive
Manage our office vendor relationships
Act as a liaison between staff and corps/alum to access our office and its amenities
Deeply invest in our broader regional efforts towards our 10-year goal
Engage in ongoing professional development with our team
Engage in corps member interviewing several times throughout the year

Required
A track record of investing and motivating others to take action
Experience handling a large volume of projects and tasks at once with a high level of prioritization, organization and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to chart a path forward with multiple, sometimes competing, priorities from different stakeholders
Experience managing up to multiple different stakeholders and leaders to ultimately drive projects and priorities forward
Ability to translate the vision of others into experiences at events that provoke action, inspiration, and pride
Productively engage in dialogue to further your and your organization’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusiveness.
Display and model a learning orientation, including around one’s own personal identity.
Open to navigating ambiguity and displaying adaptability in a constantly evolving context
Superb organization, detail-orientation, and project management skills
At least 2 years of professional experience
Excellent partner-service ethic and follow-through
Exceptional project planning and project management skills
Flexibility and optimistic approach and commitment to overcoming obstacles
Ability to work some nights and weekends to support events or other key projects
Preferred
Experience serving as an executive assistant for a senior executive
Experience in an education or nonprofit organization
