Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and support multiple projects simultaneously, consistently, with focus on delivering highest possible quality.
Demonstrate understanding of the business objectives related to each project.
Assume ownership of all aspects of project development and delivery including quality, timing, budget, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain regular communications (written and verbal) with business partners, manager, team, and Escalate visibility to issues; offer strategic solutions and guide challenges to resolution.
Ability to multi-task and pivot, while documenting project details using project management tools and respond quickly to requests.
Identify gaps in processes and create solid foundational documented process in collaboration with business partners.
Collaborate with assigned project team, business stakeholders to ensure objectives are successfully achieved. Identify solutions and coordinate steps to change management with support from business partners.
Monitor and report on program progress and KPIs.
Reporting and data analysis using Excel or other tools.
Integrate raw data into charts and slides for presentations and performance measurement.
Compile, update, and distribute regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
Build presentations and communications documents using MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
Identify key stakeholders, create contact list, and establish rapport.
Lead client discussions, and project meetings identifying scope, and project details.
Manage customer communications including status on project timelines.
Attend onsite meetings when required Support team with special assignments as needed.
