Responsibilities
Planning, designing, and overseeing an array projects (residential construction, commercial development, large municipal and state works)
Conduct site visits to gather data, perform field work, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, partners, and clients to develop engineering drawings, plans, and reports
Utilize engineering software and tools (e.g. AutoCAD) to assist in project analysis, design, and calculations
Assist in project coordination, including communicating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Support in preparing cost estimates, budgets, proposals, and project timelines
Participate in project meetings, provide technical input, and contribute innovative ideas

Required
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
Strong understanding of engineering principles, concepts, and theories
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
Background with construction management a plus
Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification is highly preferred / EIT certification is advantageous, but not required
