Responsibilities
Translate marketing offer strategies into decision-making logic based on customer attributes and intent.
Develop and implement decision-making logic to align with marketing offer strategy requirements.
Establish and maintain development standards for ongoing updates to decision-making logic.
Create and execute test cases to validate iterations of marketing offer strategies through decision-making.
Perform regression testing on decision-making systems to ensure consistent quality.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements related to decision-making platforms and governance.
Document process flow for changes in decision-making logic from concept to production using SharePoint and project management systems.
Summarize and present information to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Communicate business requirements effectively to technology teams and assess alignment with system delivery.
Conduct testing on decision-making system changes implemented by the IT team (UAT).

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in Marketing Technology or related technical fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
Experience with marketing databases, digital technologies, and orchestration platforms (e.g., Adobe, AWS, Pega, Tableau, PowerApps, PowerAutomate).
Proficiency in writing formulas, v-lookups, and h-lookups in Excel.
Proficiency in SQL or similar data analysis languages for validating decision-making transactions and identifying trends.
Experience with programming languages and logic development (e.g., C, Java, Python) to translate strategy into decision-making logic.
Familiarity with Retail or Call Center CRM systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, Clarify) to ensure proper execution of decision-making logic.
Ability to read and understand XML and JSON transactions, and use them to validate decision-making logic via API requests.
Experience With Agile Methodology And Documenting Business Requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and IT.
Strong ability to analyze complex issues and design effective solutions.
Proven track record of delivering results in dynamic, challenging environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences for optimal results.
Preferred
Experience configuring in low-code environments, preferably with knowledge of PEGA software.
Proficiency in SQL.
API development skills.
Experience in automating SharePoint workflows using PowerAutomate and creating forms in PowerApps.
