Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support for resellers, partners, customers, and internal Mastercam departments.
Assist customers in troubleshooting software issues and provide proactive applications support through on-site visits.
Learn and apply Cimquest training methodology to teach classes and conduct training sessions.
Collaborate with the Posts Department to resolve NC code issues and develop post processors.
Provide product demonstrations, compare Mastercam with competitors, and emphasize its strengths.
Discover and report programming defects, build strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assess customer's CNC machines, set up Mastercam, and perform benchmarking tests.
Maintain accurate documentation and continuously improve processes to enhance productivity.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Software Engineering or related field or equivalent experience required.
4+ years of CAM programming experience.
Working knowledge of CAD/CAM programming software a plus, specifically Mastercam.
Possess a general knowledge of all types of CNC manufacturing processes.
Experience providing technical support.
Experience in a formal teaching/classroom environment.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to communicate in a friendly, direct and helpful manner.
Flexible in work schedule/hours to accommodate travel and business cycles.
Able to work in a cooperative team environment.
Proven ability to multi-task and to manage several projects/tasks at once while projecting a positive outward demeanor.
Solid time management skills and a track record of working in a team environment successfully.
