Responsibilities

Develop and write program plans for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Act as the point person between families and state agencies to ensure programs and goals are followed and implemented correctly.

Identify the needs and interests of assigned individuals and place them in suitable activities for a meaningful experience.

Collaborate with a team of direct support staff, managers, behaviorists, and families to provide the best opportunities for individuals served.
