Responsibilities
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments, interviews, and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Implement organized filing systems
Assist with recruiting, including using platforms such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter
Perform all other office tasks
Airport trips to gather paperwork and hours for payroll/billing

Required
Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge with fingerprints/background check
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Proficient in payroll/billing
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skill
