Responsibilities

Designing and developing processes to optimize and improve manufacturing methods and equipment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Analyzing operations and workflows to identify areas for improvement to meet industry standards and regulations

Implementing process improvements by developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs and improve product quality

Conducting testing and validation on new processes

Collaborating with teams internally: Work closely with cross-functional teams regarding production, quality assurance and maintenance to develop and refine processes
