Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through developing and implementing a comprehensive revenue marketing strategy, focusing on demand generation and pipeline development.
Lead and nurture a dynamic team of revenue-driving marketers, providing strategic guidance and support across the US and EMEA.
Oversee all demand generation channels, including field marketing, events, webinars, partner marketing activities, and performance marketing, in line with the overall marketing strategy.
Lead the creation and execution of demand generation campaigns, both local and global, ensuring the most effective outcome.
Act as the primary contact for all commercial teams, fostering cross-team collaboration to achieve unified goals.

Required

8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS and tech environments focused on enterprise audiences
Strong experience and big passion for leading marketing teams across different countries
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through Marketing and achieving ambitious pipeline targets in a highly competitive industry
Extensive background in developing and implementing demand generation strategies and marketing campaigns in alignment with the broader marketing strategy
Focus on revenue-driving functions including field marketing, partner marketing and digital marketing
Prior experience with ABM campaigns is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders of all levels
Fluent in English
