Responsibilities
Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using Flutter and Dart.
Collaborate with offshore teams and work on projects with tight deadlines.
Troubleshoot and provide support for mobile applications.
Design and maintain databases for mobile applications.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodology for project management.
Release commercial iOS and Android applications for public and private use.
Utilize event-driven system architectures and domain-driven design within distributed systems.
Implement GraphQL queries and work with tools like XCode, Android Studio, and VS Code.
Ensure system performance by troubleshooting issues and determining root causes.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required
Minimum 3 years’ mobile application development experience including the following:
Mobile application development using tools and technologies
Support, troubleshooting and maintenance of mobile applications
Database development and maintenance
Systems analysis and design
Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience creating and releasing commercial iOS and Android applications for public and private use
Experience working with offshore teams and on projects with tight deadlines
Advanced knowledge of MVC framework, Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, CI/CD for mobile applications, Exposure to E2E testing tools, React Native, CI/CD Pipelines, REST API’s, Visual Studio and SQL Server, Cloud-native/managed services
Advanced abilities in troubleshooting system performance issues and determine root cause
Effective listening, oral and written communication skills
Ability to clearly articulate policies and instructions to all levels of the organization including non-technical staff
Ability to recommend policies, document risks, and propose solutions to information technology management and senior leadership
Possess a high degree of initiative, motivation and customer service orientation
Ability to effectively collaborate with coworkers, staff, and leaders across all departments
Preferred
Additional experience in related technology support and/or operations positions
Experience with event-driven system architectures
Experience with domain-driven design within distributed systems
Exposure to GraphQL and GraphQL queries
Exposure to Flutter and Dart
Exposure to XCode/Android Studio/VS Code
Exposure to Apple Store Connect
Exposure to Google Play Console
Experience with React Native
Experience with .NET
