Responsibilities
Lead the deployment, configuration adoption and effective use of PluralSight Flow within the organization.
Customize PluralSight Flow to align with company-specific development processes and workflows.
Ensure seamless integration with existing tools and systems such as JIRA, provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address any issues or challenges faced by users.
Utilize PluralSight Flow to gather insights and analytics on development team performance.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Work with teams to interpret data and implement actionable recommendations.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of PluralSight Flow in improving development processes.
Collaborate with teams to continuously refine and optimize workflows based on feedback and performance data.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing and configuring software tools, preferably in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in using PluralSight Flow or similar tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users at various skill levels.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Project management skills are a plus.
