Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the sales/marketing function through the development and application of an effective marketing strategy to assure full customer satisfaction and maximum profitability.

Grow profitable sales by developing an effective sales team and system.

Demonstrate value to target accounts by overseeing the development and implementation of market-driven value propositions.

Create opportunities for new business development by working closely with the sales team to strengthen existing relationships and help develop a strong pipeline.

Focus the sales team's efforts to help meet or exceed the complex facilities' goals by working closely with the Complex General Manager.

Match capabilities and open capacity to opportunities in the market.

Drive creativity and innovation in packaging design to exceed customer expectations while aligning with plant strengths and capabilities.

Manage prospect database and provide sales reps reports for their assigned geographical area.

Develop and maintain competitor database by gathering needed input from sales reps and managers.
