Responsibilities
Analyze data transmission performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor network traffic and identify potential issues or bottlenecks.
Implement and maintain transmission systems and protocols.
Provide technical support for transmission-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve transmission problems.
Develop and maintain documentation related to transmission systems and processes.
Participate in the design and implementation of transmission network upgrades and expansions.
Perform regular audits and assessments of transmission systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data transmission.
Conduct performance testing and optimization of transmission systems.
Provide training and guidance to other team members on transmission-related matters.
Participate in on-call support and incident response for transmission issues.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data transmission.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
Proven experience in analyzing and troubleshooting data transmission networks.
Strong knowledge of transmission protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, MPLS, and Ethernet.
Proficiency in network monitoring and analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to data transmission.
Preferred
Certifications in relevant areas such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus.
Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies is desirable.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing potential transmission issues.
Knowledge of capacity planning and performance management for transmission networks.
Strong understanding of security principles and best practices for data transmission.
