Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to optimize utilization and efficiency across our network

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business unit leadership, operations, finance, and real estate teams, to align strategies with company-wide goals and objectives

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) to track effectiveness of asset management initiatives and drive continuous improvement

Evaluate market trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation

Lead strategic planning and integration efforts resulting from mergers and acquisitions

Assess dynamic risk factors and develop mitigation strategies

Assess portfolio-wide customer priorities and volumes to ensure alignment with asset management strategy

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners

Present regular updates and reports to senior leadership on key metrics and performance

Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of industry experience in supply chain operations, asset management or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and supply chain management principles

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights

Proven track record driving outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Proven logistics management experience, focusing on strategic planning and execution.

Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.

Languages: English.
