Project & Program Management: Oversee projects of all sizes, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Business Development: Lead marketing and client acquisition efforts, securing new business opportunities and expanding our service portfolio.
Team Management: Foster a dynamic and collaborative environment, fostering professional development and mentoring staff.
Operational Excellence: Manage office operations efficiently, optimizing workload, staffing, budgets, and profitability.

Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering required, Master's preferred
20+ years of successful management experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Strong technical knowledge of Water/Wastewater, Stormwater Management, and Linear Utilities, with proven problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated success in business development, securing new clients, and driving profitable growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at building relationships and conveying complex information
Conversant with MicroStation and AutoCAD 3D applications
Professional Engineer Certification in MD required, DC and VA preferred
Preferred
Experience working with municipal agencies like WSSC, DC Water, and Baltimore City
