Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and validate the Wisdom module implementation across the healthcare system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address system support needs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Proactively troubleshoot software and workflow issues, identifying and implementing solutions efficiently.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
Participate in project management activities, including system change management and deployment planning.
Support end users, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and user satisfaction.

Required
Experience with EPIC SmartForms, SmartTools, and Dashboards is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of solving complex problems independently.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Certification in EPIC Wisdom module or ability to obtain certification within 30 to 60 days of hire.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, with at least 1 year supporting EPIC modules.
